Get Creative with Canva
Not everyone is a graphic designer, but with Canva it’s easy to look like you are. Whether you’re running a one-person marketing team for your distict or you’re simply interested in creating presentations, handouts and graphics that pop, Canva has you covered.
In this hands-on interactive session, you’ll start by digging into Canva’s free templates for presentations, social media, print projects, marketing pieces and professional documents.
If you are already a Canva Pro, you’ll move into an application session where you can start or sharpen an existing project using the newly discovered features covered in this session. This time is also ideal for brainstorming content, asking questions, exploring how others are using Canva and more!
To make the most out of this session, if you have a laptop, please bring it. While Canva does have a free app, for most people, navigating its interface is easier on a computer.
About the Presenter
Amie Haar is passionate about many things, including her faith, family, the power of a good belly laugh, and how the world can thrive through education, especially when it comes to ourselves. She believes strongly in helping others find their true purpose through individual coaching, team facilitation, or large group training, specializing in communication, relationship building and presence.
